Simply let us know in advance when the cleaning needs to be done, so we can schedule it accordingly. This way, you always maintain full control over your holiday home.
Garden Maintenance for Your Holiday Home
We also take care of the management of your outdoor space. We handle all garden maintenance for you, including a lawn mowing subscription, so your lawn always looks well-kept. In autumn, we remove fallen leaves, and in winter, we clear snow from your driveway. This way, your guests can enjoy their stay at your holiday home in Sweden without any worries.
Periodic Inspection for Your Holiday Home
When renting out your holiday home, it is important to keep its condition under close watch. That’s why we carry out regular periodic inspections, both before and after rental periods. We can also perform inspections after extreme weather events. We offer various inspection frequencies, from once to twelve times per year. After each inspection, you will receive a digital report by email.
