About the Accessibility of This Website
The Bjorn Service website mostly meets the European accessibility guidelines and is designed according to the WCAG 2.1 criteria at level AA. While we have already taken many technical and content-related measures, there are still some elements that are not fully compliant. These are outlined below.
Non-Accessible Elements
The following points on the website do not currently fully meet accessibility standards:
- Videos and Other Visual Elements
Some videos and animations previously published on the website do not have sufficient alternative information such as subtitles, transcripts, or audio descriptions.
(WCAG Guidelines: 1.2.1, 1.2.2, 1.2.3 – Level A; 1.2.4, 1.2.5 – Level AA)
- PDF Files and Documents
Not all documents are properly structured for screen readers. This includes missing tags, incorrect heading hierarchy, or an illogical tab order. This can affect the accessibility of certain files.
(WCAG Guidelines: 2.0 Level A/AA)
We are actively working to improve these points. All videos and documents published after January 5, 2026, will meet the applicable accessibility requirements.
